In this online training course, you will get to know and learn how to use the LEGO® Serious® Play method with the Window Exploration Bag (56 LEGO® bricks).

This training will enable you to facilitate team-building sessions and foster a shared understanding of complex topics such as communication or effective collaboration.

This method also allows participants to listen to and understand each other’s perspectives on a deeper level. It facilitates effective and constructive group discussions, ensuring that everyone has an equal say.

After this 2x 0.5-day online training course, you will be able to plan, design and run 1½- to 3-hour sessions using the LEGO® Serious Play® method for individuals and groups of up to 25 people.
