Gold Course Details

Before the session:

  • You'll receive a confirmation within 2 working days
  • The invoice is sent to you via email approximately 4 weeks prior to the course.
  • Payment is due 14 days before the course starts.
  • If the organisation paying your fee has a specific supplier procedure or payment terms, please contact us.

Before the session:

  • In the event that a participant is unable to attend, you are entitled to provide a replacement participant at any time. No costs will be incurred by registering a substitute participant.
  • If a cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled training date, a full refund will be granted.
  • For cancellations occurring 15-29 days before the training, 50% of the training fee will be required.
  • Cancellations made within 2-14 days of the training will result in an obligation to pay 80% of the training fee.
  • In instances of non-attendance or cancellations made one day prior to or on the day of the event, the entire participation fee will be owed.
  • 100% of the course fee will be refunded if the course is cancelled at the organizer's discretion. The organizer cannot be held responsible for travel reservation losses or inconvenience resulting from such cancellations.
