Kristin (on the left) is an enthusiastic trainer. The efficiency of the LEGO® Serious Play® method inspires her again and again. As an economist, she always keeps an eye on the business purpose. Her knowledge, experience and work as a coach provide practical relevance to multiple questions. She consistently brings new creative ideas and impulses to the table.

Sandra (on the right) is a passionate trainer. Her workshops and trainings have a lot of depth, because she is not only a trainer of the LEGO® Serious Play® method, but also a psychologist, coach, and entrepreneur. She is an expert in User Experience and knows how to constructively combine her knowledge, her experience, and her empathy in a meaningful way. She always brings new treasures to light.

Both trainers have taught at universities, complement each other wonderfully and make your training a very special experience with their different perspectives.

I hold a PhD in agricultural and food economics. I am a ISO and ICI certified coach, organizational consultant, trainer and facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® method.

With this background in agricultural and food economics and 10 years of experience in top global companies, I have led numerous optimization projects to success and changed structures sustainably. I have trained several cross-functional teams and was responsible for the successful implementation of best processes and practices in new teams.

I hold a PhD in psychology. I am a bso certified leadership & team coach, organizational consultant, trainer and facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® method.

During my corporate career I built up and led various teams and headed a cross functional and multi-site R&D department. I established cross-functional collaboration (marketing, operations, internal and external development teams) and setup customized agile processes to improve product development quality and portfolio planning.

Cancellation terms & conditions

What happens after you book

You'll receive a confirmation within 2 working days
The invoice is sent to you via email approximately 4 weeks prior to the course.
Payment is due 14 days before the course starts.
If the organisation paying your fee has a specific supplier procedure or payment terms, please contact us.

Cancellation terms and conditions:

In the event that a participant is unable to attend, you are entitled to provide a replacement participant at any time. No costs will be incurred by registering a substitute participant.
If a cancellation is made 30 or more days prior to the scheduled training date, a full refund will be granted.
For cancellations occurring 15-29 days before the training, 50% of the training fee will be required.
Cancellations made within 2-14 days of the training will result in an obligation to pay 80% of the training fee.
In instances of non-attendance or cancellations made one day prior to or on the day of the event, the entire participation fee will be owed.
100% of the course fee will be refunded if the workshop is cancelled at the organizer's discretion. The organizer cannot be held responsible for travel reservation losses or inconvenience resulting from such cancellations.
